Maximizing Vertical Storage: A Technical Approach to Narrow Aisle Stacking

In the era of rising real estate costs, warehouse efficiency is measured by "per square foot" utilization. The HUBMAX Electric Stacker is specifically engineered to operate in aisles where traditional forklifts cannot fit, effectively turning dead floor space into productive storage zones.

Compact Chassis and Turning Radius The primary technical advantage of a stacker is its short head length. By placing the battery and motor assembly vertically or in a compact housing, the turning radius is minimized. This allows the machine to perform 90 degrees stacking in aisles as narrow as 2.2 to 2.5 meters. This structural compactness directly influences the "Storage Density" of a facility.

Load Center and Stability Control As goods are lifted higher, the center of gravity shifts. HUBMAX stackers are designed with a low center of gravity and wide set outriggers (in straddle models) to maintain a high residual capacity. This means that even at a 4.5-meter height, the machine retains a significant portion of its rated capacity, ensuring that top shelf storage is just as safe as ground level storage.

Operational Cost Reduction (ROI) Switching from manual or semi electric to fully electric HUBMAX stackers reduces the "Cost per Pallet Move." By increasing the speed of retrieval and reducing operator fatigue, a single electric stacker can often do the work of three manual units. Additionally, the lack of fuel costs and minimal moving parts leads to a significantly lower Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

HUBMAX Benefits

• Improved pallet handling speed and efficiency

• Safe and controlled stacking at multiple levels

• Space-saving solution for high-density storage

• Reduced downtime with efficient battery usage
